About the event
Bundle up and join us for an outdoor potluck as we boil down maple sap for syrup! This is a lengthy process that takes most of the day. Tables will be set up in the garage for food (I love the idea of a variety of soups!) and we'll be keeping the fire going until all of the sap has been reduced enough for the finishing process. Friends are welcome to use the sauna as well! Please dress for the weather and bring a dish to share, a camp chair and a towel (if using the sauna).
This event will take place in late winter (Feb). The date and time will depend on the weather. Please RSVP if interested and I will update the date & time as it becomes clear.
